Job Summary

The Xfinity Lifecycle Marketing & Strategy team is an entrepreneurial, fast growing organization within Comcast. Working within this division provides an entrepreneurial environment under the guise of larger corporation - a truly unique structure. The Measurement & Insights group within Xfinity Lifecycle Marketing & Strategy is looking for a Manager who can synthesize large amounts of data with one goal in mind: leverage data to inform & optimize customer communications across the customer's lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, a self-starter, an excellent communicator, possessing heavy experience with querying & summarizing data, web analytics, statistics, and a proven track record of shaping business strategy with data.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Additional Responsibilities:

Lifecycle Marketing Data Analytics

Perform data discovery exercises on raw datasets to create customer-centric views on messaging effectiveness

Provide in-depth data reconciliation between various company-wide data stores and systems

Coordinate SQL code development across multiple teams to align business KPI needs with future reporting builds

Leverage BI technologies (Tableau & Adobe Analytics) to automate on-site performance results from existing customer email communications

Ensure best in class practices are followed in the implementation and integration of analytics technology

Drive efforts with Lifecycle Marketing senior leadership to take identified initiatives and/or problems and develop analytical strategy support for the program or solution

Define, recommend, author, and implement analytical standards, metrics, and best practices

Work with product owners and leads on estimation and prioritizing Analytics deliverables, coordinate to track product deployment effectiveness and performance

Serve as a subject matter expert to educate stakeholders to empower them with accessible, actionable data and insights

Proactively identify new, front-end BI technologies and data visualization tools based on business needs

KPI Development and Lifecycle Marketing Reporting Subject Matter Expert

Develop and implement quantitative key performance indicators that ensure Lifecycle Marketing focus and execution is aligned with strategic intent

Support the standardization of Lifecycle Marketing KPIs, with interpretation & presentation of KPIs on a national, divisional, and regional level

Synthesize various, existing reports into a single source of truth to evaluate effectiveness of strategically pushed & service triggered communications

Develop new solutions or processes to improve reporting efficiencies or to automate the correction of identified data discrepancies

Lead business stakeholders in creating reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics to track key metrics

Evaluate marketing & communication health by evaluating KPIs on a daily, weekly, & monthly basis

Present detailed quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to senior leadership in a manner that is easily interpreted and aids strategic and tactical decision making

Deliver high quality, timely, and actionable insights that define opportunities and risks and translate into clear recommendations with associated implications for the business
