The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall implementation and promotion of the Preventive Management System and the Operational integrity of the equipment. They will conduct necessary audits and follow-up on remedial actions. Service quality, job preparation, planning and safety are key priorities.
Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Participates and lead pre-tour and tool-box meetings with all members of the maintenance team.
Is always fully compliant with the requirements of the QHSE policies, standards, and wears required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Completes formal training sessions on QHSE and technical subjects as described by the Training Matrixes for the position.
Obtains certifications as required for duties assigned.
Supervises maintenance operations & overhauls of major equipment.
Contribute to the planning process for major rig refurbishment or new built projects.
Communicate with vendors or a manufacturer to obtain information’s required to complete the job.
Maintain detailed records for completed projects related to the manufacturing center.
Writes analytical reports.
Train other members of the maintenance team.
Assess Competency of the maintenance team based on Competency system.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
2-3 Experience with machinery maintenance.
High School Diploma.
Good written / verbal communication skills.
PC skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
