Who?
Twilio is looking for someone who lives
the Twilio Magic
and has a demonstrable track record of building and managing projects and programs on a global scale. It is essential that we continue to hire strong diverse talent, keeping the bar high and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. You will partner with the TA Leadership team to drive talent programs that help teams at Twilio accomplish our hiring goals.
They also have:
3 years in program or project management
Experience owning programs within recruiting teams a plus (i.e. Bar Raiser Program)
Experience using project management methodologies and tracking techniques
Experience with end-to-end problem-solving, from planning and prioritization to execution and iteration
Ability to build strong relationships and influence others, including senior members of the business, through multiple mediums (verbal, written, visual communication)
Bias for action, excellent attention to detail, and relentless commitment to follow-through
Experience defining and tracking program requirements and using data and metrics to identify areas of improvement
What?
As a TA Program Manager, you will:
BE AN OWNER: Build for the long-term. Know how your actions impact results and the bigger picture. Sweat the details, use data, and make sound decisions on priorities and resources within the programs and projects you run.
DRAW THE OWL: Scale talent programs without an instruction book. Identify and implement process improvements across the global recruiting organization.
BE BOLD: Get creative. You are empowered to develop a vision, to experiment and build, whether it’s a new process to improve the experience of a candidate, or a new tool to build a more efficient outcome for a program you run.
WRITE IT DOWN: Partner with leaders in TA and across the business to develop, prioritize and deliver on plans that elevate talent at Twilio.
EMPOWER OTHERS: Make connections across programs and find value in collaboration. Train teams across Twilio to assess talent at the next level.
WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES: Spend time to deeply understand our candidates, hiring teams, and Talent teams, and tackle problems from their perspectives.
Why?
As members of the TA Programs team, we run programs that unlock the potential of our hiring teams and enhance the Twilio candidate experience. TA is a critical partner to the business, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the organization on all things talent. Helping our company to scale with our growing business will be critical to this role and to the success of the broader organization. By joining our team, you will help level up the quality of our programs (like our Bar Raiser Program) and scale for the future. You will have a direct impact on supporting hiring standards as we continue to build the foundation of talent programs that impact all current and future Twilions.
