This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of a financial or an accounting function. This includes Provider Resource Management, Pricing, Physician Compensation, Decision Support and Systems Development, Reimbursement, Government Programs, Properties, Contract Management, Financial Analysis/Consulting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting.','!*!
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field and 5 years experience with advanced knowledge in a health care industry and proven proficiency in financial management.
Three years of increasingly responsible management experience.
Strong analytical skills required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Also required are strong interpersonal and organization skills and the ability to understand systems, strategies, and technologies.
Certified Public Accountant Certification may be required for accounting functions.
