The successful candidate will leave a legacy of having developed the Shell Recharge public, out-of-home Electric Vehicle charging network across North America.
Where you fit in?
Shell has the largest network of branded fueling stations in the world. As part of our strategy, we want to help decarbonize passenger road transport by providing customers with low-carbon energy products, including EV charging. This will see us building on the strong customer experience we provide today (fuels and convenience retail) with a winning Electric Mobility offer. EV drivers will be able to charge Shell-branded forecourts, as well as at ‘destination charging’ locations (i.e., During their routine stops while shopping, going to the gym or dining at restaurants).
What’s the role?
The E-Mobility Program Manager, North America, will be accountable for the overall program management of implementing E-mobility contracts, leading the project plan and being responsible for coordinating necessary workstreams (both internal & external) to deliver the E-mobility network rollout in the US & Canada. This individual will work closely with E-Mobility Business development, Network Planning & Engineering along with Shell’s Real Estate Partner to deliver the E-mobility real estate program across all E-Mobility channels
As a member of the E-Mobility Real Estate team you will be able to say: (1) I am proud of what I do, (2) I enjoy coming to work, (3) I help others to achieve their goals, and (4) Our team will accomplish big things. The successful candidate for this role will be highly valued for their contribution to this winning culture.
Key Accountabilities:
The E-Mobility Property Manager is a critical operational position providing program oversight and support to the E-Mobility Real Estate Manager in the delivery of the E-Mobility real estate agenda and program in an efficient and commercially focused manner. Co-ordinating workstreams with internal and external SME’s and accountable to the delivery plan for the E-mobility network
This role has the responsibility to implement a series of business opportunities to deploy EV charging at E-mobility locations. These are long term commercial partnerships to deploy a network of EV charge posts at partner locations for the next 10-20 years.
The E-mobility Program Manager facilitates integration of the L2 partner within Shell and other functional L2 partners to ensure end to end asset value delivery and mitigate risk inherent with an outsourced business model within an assurance framework.
Manage all E-Mobility RE programs using comparable targets, processes, and stakeholders engagement plans in an efficient manager that drives expected value. Has program oversight for all opportunities identified, manages performance through a robust set of KPI’s and reporting tools, including alignment with E-mobility network plans, to achieve maximum value outcomes to all commercial opportunities.
The E-Mobility Program Manager constantly evaluates the E2E process, works to improve interfaces at hand off points. Work with other E-Mobility Network functions to leverage strengths of other partners and vice versa to improve the overall delivery of E-Mobility RE programs
