Description

Your Home Advantage (YHA) is a Humana-owned Healthcare Management Company dedicated to improving clinical and quality outcomes by bridging the gap between the physician's office and the member's home. YHA provides prospective home visits conducted by licensed and trained clinical practitioners who perform In-Home Wellness Assessments (IHWA). The IHWA was established to identify and assess Humana Medicare Advantage members who are at risk of excessive utilization of future health related services and to supplement Humana's Health Assessment Program.

The Workforce Management Representative applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The Workforce Management Representative 4 assumes ownership and leads advanced and highly specialized administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.

Responsibilities

The Workforce Management Representative 4 assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. Decisions are regarding the daily priorities for an administrative work group and/or external vendors including coordinating work activities and monitoring progress towards schedules/goals, and often oversees work of others and/or is the primary administrative owner of a main process, program, product or technology. Works within broad guidelines with little oversight.

This position will partner with another member of the Workforce Management team to assist in managing Your Home Advantage clinicians through tasks including assisting with scheduling, entering completed clinician hours, and running reports in Carebook.

Required Qualifications

2 - 4 years of Workforce Management experience

Comprehensive knowledge of MS office products

Effective communication skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Associate Degree or higher

Experience using Carebook for Workforce Management tasks

Additional Information

Monday through Friday, 9:30AM to 6:00PM EST (flexible to work OT if needed)

Must reside within a commutable distance to Deerfield Beach, FL office.
