What you'll be doing:
Establish a robust pipeline of 3rd party property management opportunities for a tech forward property management company.
Own the deal process from the first interaction with the property owner until the property is fully handed over at close.
Team with operations to continually improve the property management capability.
Drive success by providing leadership and innovative strategies to teammates on the 3rd party business development team.
As we grow, build a team that ensures sustainable growth.
What you must have:
5 years and track record of high performance in multifamily property operations/acquisitions
Flexibility to travel up to 75%
Strong track record of sales experience
Financial acumen to underwrite real estate and manage a deal process
Flexibility: In the future, there may be pivots to other parts of our business (e.g. capital raising for our private equity capability, selling technology solutions through our tech platform, etc…)
