Manage key projects and initiatives in support of long term strategic vision, operationalize new ways of working, and identify white space opportunities.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:Drive and lead multiple high visibility projects for NA Supply Strategy across BUs by establishing a clear vision, directing resources, influencing diverse stakeholders and communicating progress and roadblocksConnect dots across multiple strategies and time horizons, maintain a holistic understanding of the business across all functions & geographiesMeasure progress, metrics, key performance indicators, and ROIStrategic storytelling- effectively communicate complex ideas, data points, and strategies to diverse audiences in a compelling simple way that inspires actionMaintain and grow knowledge of macro environment and associated business impactAssess projects and ideas and present recommendations to leadership, including ROI analysis, resourcing needs, and future impact to the businessIdentify white space ideas and opportunities by conducting research and attending external forums- create proposals and action plans for implementationCollaborate with external L1 & L2 (supply chain partners) to drive key strategiesCommunicate progress against initiatives and strategies to multiple levels and functional areas to gain buy in and support, or to influence actionQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:           Experience:      10 years’ experience in either supply chain or consulting preferableExperience working directly with senior level executivesDemonstrated leadership managing or influencing peopleExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment              Education:University degreeMBA preferredLEAN, Six Sigma training preferredProject management certification preferred           Skills:                 Excellent PowerPoint skills requiredExcellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skillsAbility to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departmentsMeeting facilitationExcellent communication skills – verbal & written/framing/details/closurePresence and voiceOrganizedAbility to prioritize PVH Corp. or its subsidiary (\PVH\) is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
