Job Summary
Responsible for managing the subscriber forecast and channel performance insights for Central division. This high visibility role works closely with regions and HQ partners to ensure subscriber objectives are met. Working in close partnership with competitive and market insights, this team is responsible for identifying opportunities and risks based on performance trends. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing high performing teams in a matrixed environment. Responsible for the annual budget process, quarterly performance goals, and other regular reporting needs. This role requires the ability act quickly, provide recommendations, and challenge if needed our ways of working to optimize performance. The right candidate will have the ability to balance the detail and bigger strategic picture.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Manage the annual budget process, monthly forecast, and regular reporting needs for all lines of business in Central division
Responsible for the source of sales - channel performance, identify risks & opportunities, work closely with sales and other leaders on recommendations
Lead the forecast and channel performance teams, a mix of hybrid and virtual employees
Keep senior leadership, broader team, regions, and other partners informed through a mixture of reporting, meetings, and other correspondence
Own the subscriber forecast process for all lines of business in close partnership with regions
Manage the subscriber P&L process end to end
Drive automation of existing and new processes
Provide coaching, mentorship, and development to team to support career advancement
Develops and communicates goals, strategies, tactics, project plans, timelines, and key performance metrics to reach goals.
Creates and manages related business intelligence processes.
Develops and manages budgets and budget tracking to ensure the required resources are available.
Defines the information, reporting, and analytical needs of the company. Develops the goals, strategies, and plans needed to achieve the vision.
