Project Manager:

Required Skills: Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and Department staff.

Certification in Agile Methodology (PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.)

Experience with information technology project management.

Experience managing projects in accordance with the Project Management Institute's standards as presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide)

Experience managing application development projects.

Experience with information technology strategy development and planning.

Experience facilitating requirements gathering and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.

Ability to develop and manage a project schedule using Microsoft Project.

Ability to facilitate meetings so meeting objectives are met.

Ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing documentation in Microsoft SharePoint.

Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Experience using Agile methodology for a minimum of one (1) project.

Experience working with a Project Management Office.

Experience managing projects for the Department's Client, Project Management Office.

Experience with the Department's Service Delivery Framework (SDF).

Experience contributing to formal frameworks and methodologies.

Experience writing (or contributing) to Schedule IV-B forms in support of Legislative Budget Requests (LBRs).

Public speaking ability.
