Job Summary
Responsible for the technical program management activities and alignment for strategic programs, coordinating among a wide range of cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure that programs are within the scope, within budget and on schedule, with guidance from senior staff member(s). Serve as the program lead for specific, defined multi-discipline technical programs or projects of greater than average complexity and scope. Responsible and accountable in the planning, development and delivery of new technical programs. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Comcast Technology Solutions helps to drive the distribution of core consumer products – video (X1), broadband ( xFi ), and home security and automation ( xHome ) – around the globe. We are one of the newest and fastest-growing divisions, responsible for managing the end-to-end sales and delivery of Comcast’s product suite to some of the most respected MVPD (Multi-channel Video Programming Distributor) partners in North America and Europe.
Our MVPD team seeks a strong hybrid technical program/project manager who is passionate about delighting Partners and growing a fast-paced, international business. Within the Portfolio Management team , you will focus on providing day-to-day support to our organization’s most valuable clients . This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic , growing Partner Management organization. F lexibility and a s ervice focus is important.
Core Responsibilities include:
Support s the E2E Partner engagement lifecycle including planning, execution and delivery .
Works with Partner leads to pro-actively identify and analyze execution risks and issues
Manag es the Partner Priority Tracking process and tooling.
Maintains the Quarterly Plan of Record of Partner Commitments including execution tracking and reporting .
Communicates updates on major POR milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
Analyzes execution performance generating portfolio level KPI metrics .
Facilitates the Quarterly Partner Satisfaction Scorecard process .
Develop s scalable best practices for Partner Engagement includin g execution artifact templates, standing meeting templates, POR change management etc.
Facilitates key Partner Forum s including meeting s chedul e , agenda, minutes and action item documentation.
Delivers on commitments while demonstrating a high level of integrity and respect for all teammates and stakeholders.
Consistent exercise of independent and collaborative judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s ) and overtime as necessary.
