Position Summary
The Manager of Production Art is responsible for the collective production art team’s execution and delivery of accurate and on-time projects for the UA Apparel Design team with a focus on the Compete divisions work in collegiate & licensed projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage & direct the production art team in their daily tasks, delivering feedback on their work projects as well as their performance, and their future development.
Manage production art team’s workload & deliverables across multiple product calendars
Accountable for production art team’s quality & accuracy of work, as well as deadlines
Work cross functionally with other apparel design partners to ensure clarity of tasks & timelines
Work cross functionally to ensure our production art processes & template are efficient, and have future vision to how things can be improved
Work directly with design lead and design director to understand all art requirements and timelines
Support team as necessary with workload
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Strong communication & organizational skills
Adobe Creative suites proficiency – Illustrator & Photoshop
High ability to multi task
Education And / Or Experience
Minimum of 2 years production art experience
Candidate has some management experience
Other Requirements
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD.
Return To Work Designation: 2 days a week in office
Travel: Minimal
