Description
Humana's Provider Data and Medicaid Governance team is committed to effective and efficient business solutions for quality assurance and risk mitigation in implementing Humana's Provider Medicaid operational business. The Associate Director, Provider Data Interoperability plans, coordinates and performs activities related to integration of data and systems to build and maintain data operations that ingest, transform and provision data across various sources to address key information needs of Humana's key partners.
Responsibilities
The Provider Data Interoperability Associate Director will have leadership and strategic responsibilities for the design, development, deployment and maintenance of complex exchanges utilizing Humana's core provider data to support integrations with key Clinical, Medicaid, Claims and Directory partners. The Associate Director will lead a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable subject matter experts helping to drive the success of Humana's data exchanges, through technical expertise, customer support, process improvement, and project management. The Associate Director, Provider Data Interoperability requires a solid understanding of how Humana's provider data capabilities interrelate to merge and aggregate diverse datasets, both internally and externally. The role will cultivate and manage internal and external partners to achieve business objectives through solution configuration, testing and risk management, and implementation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in data analytics
5 year's experience in coding language/visualization (SQL, Python, PowerBI etc.)
4 years of management experience leading professional to senior level associates
Experience in process improvement and metrics development
Meet Humana's Work at Home Connectivity policy (listed in additional information)
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree in a management field
Experience in Humana's internal policies, procedures and systems
Experience in Compliance for a Health Plan
Experience in regulations governing health care industries

Work at Home Connectivity Requirements
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.
Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)
Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
