Job Description
Manager, Service Operations will oversee 5 to 7
Supervisors and their corresponding teams of processors.
Total line of site would be @ 85 to 100 FTE's including
Supervisors. Primary responsibilities are managing
Medicare first pass claim adjudication on the HRP platform
according to CMS guidelines. The role is responsible for
coaching and development as well as other claim related
work streams that may include ECHS/Correspondence,
Quality outcomes, CTM and Complaint avoidance and
rework reduction. Solid communication skills and ability to
collaborate across Business Units to achieve outcomes.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
Direct experience managing staff in a production
environment. Experience coaching, developing staff and
leading process improvement initiatives to achieve quality
and turnaround metrics. Leading teams for success and
overseeing inventories for multiple work streams. Ability to
work across boundaries and drive outcomes.
Previous experience managing a team of supervisors
Experience managing large teams with a span of control of 75 employees.
Health care experience.
5 years Medical claim processing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of Medicare claims operations experience
Medicare claim processing experience with a focus on inventory management and quality outcomes. Experience
in process improvement, developing and implementing
effective action plans.
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent direct work experience.
