Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our innovative clinical data products, focusing on data-driven clinical insights using the latest cloud technology. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, defining the roadmap, and ensuring successful execution.
Responsibilities
Develop and communicate the strategic vision and product roadmap for clinical data products, aligning with organizational goals and business demands.
Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends, business needs, and competitive landscape, translating these insights into product strategies and feature prioritization.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists and stakeholders, to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
Drive agile product development methodologies, such as scrum or Kanban, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and rapid iteration.
Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and ensure alignment with enterprise business development strategy.
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide guidance to stakeholders on product features, functionalities, and benefits.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the healthcare or life sciences industry, with a focus on clinical data management and analytics.
3 years of experience in clinical data standards, interoperability, and industry best practices.
5 years of experience developing and executing product strategies, including product ideation, requirements gathering, and product launch.
5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile software development environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision-making leveraging metrics and insights to drive product improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, Nursing).
7 years of product management experience, with a focus on digital transformation and enterprise software solutions.

Work-At-Home Requirements
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.
Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)
Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Interview Format :
