Provides leadership and direction for the technology transfer and Site to Market launches of New Products. Acts as a liaison for new products, line extensions and /or product transfer between Manati DPO and HQ groups such as R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Science and Pharmaceutical Technology. Facilitates the project development process by providing internal customers with an understanding of the site’s capabilities and by formulating plans based on the site’s ability or potential delivery against the required customer demand. Establishes and leads cross functional project teams to launch new pharmaceutical products.. Reviews plan execution against target and anticipates problems, develops alternatives, and ensures key contributors are fully apprised of changes and developments. Assures compliance with the stage contract agreements with the Technology Transfer lead and escalates any conflict or potential deviation from the agreed project milestones Establishes strong working relationships with key customers/opinion leaders (internal/external) and demonstrates personal ownership and accountability for results focus on customer service. Establishes feasible plans and negotiates and agreed with all pertinent parties to ensure that adequate resources are in place to meet the project’s goals and timeline. Coordinates the activities and decisions making processes of a diverse group of multi functional technical experts. Understand the implication of product formulation, packaging configurations, anticipated volumes, third party services; recommends effective strategies for new products. Serves as the point person / site contact for internal and external groups in all Site to Market launches. Manages potential road blocks and proactively resolve problems. Assures compliance with current procedures and corporate guidelines for Technology Transfers, Change Control and Site to Market model. Conducts review meetings with representatives from MTDP, QC/QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other pertinent groups to discuss the status of all the projects related to technology transfer, PAI readiness and Site to Market launches.
