Reporting to the Director, you will have the opportunity to build next generation of products: providing insights to brands, product recommendations to customers, and building products to serve all aspects of the well-being of our members.

The Associate Director, Technology Solutions devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Associate Director, Technology Solutions requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Technology Solutions acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

15 or more years of technical

10 or more years of management experience

Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes

Possess 15 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems, and implementing process improvements.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Budgeting and resource allocations, forecasting is a must

Think strategically across Humana systems and embrace process change

Work with Humana processes, experience transforming legacy processes to Agile and enterprise processes

Being able to hire, train and come up with cross training plan

Able to negotiate with cross-functional areas

Experience leading cross-functional teams with high emotional intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree

Azure / Cloud Certifications

Agile Certifications

Healthcare industry experience

Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
