The Director, Digital Merchandising is responsible for the creation and execution of the Tommy.com digital merchandising objectives, strategies, and results for North America. The role partners with the DMM, Ecommerce on the development and execution of key product strategies, and with the Director, eCommerce Media in designing the complementary marketing and promotional activities to drive the business. The role also partners with the Ecommerce Content Editor to develop product line stories to maximize the commercial potential of Tommy.com.Responsibilities:Work with VP, Ecommerce and team of Ecommerce Business Directors on company and divisional objectives, executing top level strategic initiatives with direct reportsPartner with Buying/Planning teams to create & execute merchandise strategy to meet financial goalsDrive and enhance digital retail analytics across demand-side consumer engagement KPI’s, end-to-end business analysis, and competitive and consumer insights.
