In support of Humana's vision to create simple, personalized and reliable experience for our healthcare customers, we have embarked on the Modernization journey. One of the key strategic initiatives of the Modernization is transformation of core systems to the Cloud.

We are looking for an Associate Director, Cloud Business Relationship Management & Engagement leader to team of technology leaders to drive the cloud program agenda to transform service models to accelerate growth. Accountable to the IT business segment that may report or be matrixed to service the business responsible for business IT's engagement with a defined portion of the business (e.g. segments, LOBs, functions etc.) to ensure an effective and productive relationship between that part of the IT business segments and the cloud program.

Within Cloud Program, leader represents the 'voice of the customer', for their respective portion of the business. They will provide guidance and insight to the segment Leadership, functions and teams as to the Cloud needs of their constituency, including:

influence the development of the Cloud strategy and success of the program

influence the identification, prioritization and execution of project initiatives, and

contribute to the continual improvement of services

Responsibilities

A unique opportunity to lead cross functional team working across business segments to lead Cloud transformation efforts. Engaging with segment CIOs and leaders managing a team of relationship managers, you as a leader will help integrate IT into the business segments fostering inter-departmental communication and collaboration to identify creative ways to improve cloud adoption and advance the business objectives. You will be responsible for facilitating culture advancement, building trust and sharing ownership including defining processes across the organization to deliver organizational value and meaningful results, especially focusing on business outcomes.

As an Associate Director, you will:

Leadership - Trusted advisor and advocate on the segment leadership team as a leader providing guidance and direction to the business segments to align the enterprise cloud strategy with the needs of the business segments. Ensuring their business goals with key pieces the Cloud strategy that fit in their portfolio of business.

Client Relationship - Engage the business segment market to understand strategies and the role the business plays in the in Humana, Inc. portfolio. Helps enable client engagement strategies that help win more and lose less.

Financial Performance - Provide transparency across the business as it pertains to investments, enterprise initiatives and key leading indicators.

Transformation- Lead change for growth. Think and operate like an owner and sell the dream of what could be.

Act as the ' voice of customer' within cloud program and facilitate communication across business and program team.

Influence both business and cloud adoption services through relentless focus on successful delivery of business service needs, prioritization and execution of projects and shaping the cloud strategy.

Manage, coordinate and provide guidance to team of technology leaders working within the scope of program, ensuring consistency, quality, effectiveness of the function and work

Mentor team members to ensure cohesive thriving for successful delivery.

Report to executive management on major accomplishments, issues and concerns.

Additional Job Description:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

7 years of IT relationship management experience.

3 years of hands-on experience in a public Cloud environment.

3 years of people management experience, leading by engagement, empowerment, continuous feedback, and coaching.

Strong influence and negotiating skills

Prior demonstrated success in a matrix-managed, cross-functional, and collaborative organization.

Prior experience managing large multi-technology teams and being responsible for the execution KPIs, OKRs and timelines.

Passionate about both healthcare and Cloud Modernization practices.

Knowledge of the DevOps culture and principles.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to communicate to both very technical audiences as well as presenting complex technical designs to senior leadership.

Foundational understanding of multiple public Cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and providers (Azure, Google and Private Cloud).

Familiar with application and workload dependencies, architecture and service level requirements.

Understanding of project and program management standards and methods
