is hiring a Product Manager
, this is a new role on the Automation team focused on Automated Inventory enabled by RFID technology.
This role will support Pilot or this technology through scale in a product manager capacity working across Business readiness, Technical readiness, Vendor and supplier capability teams to deliver multiple use cases that are digital first and driving BBY efficiency across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for sprint/backlog management of additional business cases for RFID and prioritizing and staging additional tests and deployment of use cases.
The Product Manager will craft vision for moderately complex products with minimal supervision that clearly demonstrate understanding of the product goals and organizational needs. Managers of Product Management will demonstrate skills in connecting Best Buy's broader strategic vision to their own product and product vision.
Translate business needs into customer goals and features as well as mastery in ensuring product strategies, roadmaps, and product features are delivered against core customer value propositions that align with Best Buy's strategic vision.
Product Managers keep customer needs at the forefront of solution creation. The Managers of Product Management will demonstrate empathy for the customer and will steer discussions to how to build customer trust. For Inventory Automation, prioritize, test and deliver capabilities in conjunction with roadmap and real time feedback.
Product Managers demonstrate innovating with purpose; demonstrating the test/learn/iterate mindset.
The Product Manager is an evolving leader and shows leadership by promoting a culture where team members feel comfortable to dissent and have a sense of belonging. Requirements:
2 years of relevant Product Management Experience (Dev, Strategy, UX, etc.)
1 year indirect team management/leadership/work direction
1 year relevant experience in strategy creation,
cross-functional leadership, etc.
