As a
Media Product Development Manager,
you will be responsible for helping to define and build the product strategy for our growing advertising portfolio. You will leverage data, research, and stakeholder input to help deliver products that inspire our customers while fueling the growth of our advertising business. This role will require
experience contributing to projects from concept through development and deployment, including stakeholder communication and management—experience in media buying and selling, including the campaign lifecycle from conception through analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the strategy, development, and execution of product roadmap for offsite display, social, and video advertising
Execute market, consumer, and client research to inform product strategy
Build partnerships across internal business, technology, and marketing teams to deliver best in class advertising opportunities
Mange 3
rd
party vendor relationships and act as the point of contact between internal and external development teams
Advise on new opportunities for monetization in the digital advertising space
Required Experience
Familiarity with media advertising demand and supply platforms (i.e., Google, Amazon, The Trade Desk)
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (i.e., Facebook Business Manager, Snapchat Ads, TikTok For Business, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads)
Experience with media buying and selling, including campaign lifecycle from concept through completion
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience working with executive leadership
Demonstrated experience working on strategic projects that include multiple stakeholders
Ability to navigate and influence multiple team dynamics to drive outcomes
Preferred Experience:
4
years progressive marketing, media, or related business experience
Agency or digital publishing background strongly preferred
Familiarity or experience working in retail media
Demonstrated experience with defining product objectives and key results and managing in an agile model
