Summary: The responsibilities of this position include various analytical and research projects. To include external industry analysis; preparing management or board presentations; business analysis projects; assisting in the financial modeling forecasting process; support IBUs merger and acquisition activity by analysis around financial models and then supporting any required due diligence. Provide support and information on various projects and initiatives, as well as other key deliverables for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate in Strategy and special projects, including but not limited to IBU Strategy, Gameboard updates, and Strategic Plan development and refinement . Evaluate and participate in M&A opportunities that further the IBU strategy including assisting in and coordination of diligence and deal execution; facilitate communications with senior leadership as well as business unit and functional leadership. This will require a person that is results-oriented takes initiative implements systems and frameworks to make strategic decisions; comfortably builds partnerships across functional expertise; is resourceful where others only see obstacles; is seen as a change catalyst for delivering value to operational leaders through creating and articulating a vision and implementing systems in partnership with the business. The leader must be comfortable working in a collaborative values-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: at least 3 years of experience, preferably within a multinational consumer sector organization or in an entry-level consulting role.

Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills; Strong advanced skills in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, as well as Think-cell Communication Skills.

Special Skills: Must be able to generate spreadsheet or word processing macros, develop templates for use by other Team Members, and prepare complex graphic presentations in PowerPoint. Ability to work well in fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task with deadline/results-orientation. Strategic analytical and conceptual problem solver with the ability to look into the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers; detect patterns and trends across disparate sources of data; creatively analyze unfamiliar problems; and synthesize the so what s out of analytics. Superior strategic thinking and decision making skills. Strong project management experience a plus. Strong performance accountability orientation both in terms of following through on commitments and deadlines
