Job Summary

The Senior Manager, IMC Acquisition will be part of the Xfinity Consumer Services/Acquisition IMC team and will be responsible for leading the development and execution of acquisition advertising campaigns for Xfinity residential services (Xfinity TV, Internet, Streaming and Mobile) - primarily targeted to non-Xfinity customers. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing Communications, Acquisition, this position will facilitate the implementation of a wide variety of creative executions that reflect the acquisition strategy and support business goals - including, but not limited to: broadcast TV and radio, digital display, online video and radio, social, and print. Candidate must possess strong accountability and resolution, extreme attention to detail, strong planning and organizational skills, flexibility to react to market changes, ability to problem solve and collaborate across a wide variety of stakeholders, and should thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment. Must also be able to work independently with minimal guidance. Candidate should demonstrate an understanding of strategic marketing communications and brand-centric creative requirements to ensure high-performing and on-brand creative output, and consistent campaign integration across all integrated marketing tactics. Key skills needed include the ability to keep simultaneous projects moving, collaboration within a team, managing agency partners and creative/strategic acumen. Marketing experience is a must, and advertising agency experience is a plus.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Develop thorough marketing campaign briefs rooted in research, proven go-to-market strategies, top-performing messaging and the needs/priorities of the business.

Work with agency partners to ensure creative excellence across all campaign tactics. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and feedback ensuring all tactics are created and produced according to designated business needs and allocated budget.

Exercise strong understanding of product messaging guidelines and implement into all creative touchpoints.

Collaborate with internal partners as needed including legal, division counterparts, product teams, etc.

Assist with tracking campaign performance to assess impact and best practices for future implementation. Facilitate analytics, test plans, reporting, wrap-up readouts, etc. to assess impact and performance as needed.

Manage-budget related activities, including opening and tracking purchase orders and budget management.

Lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Take on additional projects as needed.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience in leading the development of advertising campaigns and project management.

Strong experience of broadcast and digital production.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience segmentation, social media landscape and KPIs.

Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Excellent problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.

Excellent written/verbal communications skills and strong presentation skills

Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills

Agency management skills

Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational and prioritization skills

Must be innovative, proactive and a strong team player

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Works well under pressure and tight deadlines

Project management of large-scale initiatives

Education

Bachelor's Degree
