Description

The Workforce Management Professional 2 applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The Workforce Management Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The Workforce Management Professional 2 assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Maintain multiple team forecast and schedules, including request management

Leads weekly customer facing calls for forecast reviews, updates, insights and issue resolution within the global Medicare CM business

Delivers daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Train and lead business leaders on use of WFM/Verint tools for successes or coaching/improvement opportunities

Work within the WFM team to ensure objectives are progressing and executed

Creates and maintains SharePoint forms

Works analytic tickets such as troubleshooting desktop process analytics issues, setting up call recording, troubleshooting call recording, among other items

Possibility of quarterly travel once COVID restrictions are lifted

Role Essentials

Bachelor's degree

3-5 years or more of Workforce Management experience

Understanding of Clinical Practices, particularly Case/Care Management

Customer facing experience and proven ability to lead conversations with various levels of leadership, including ability to effectively manage difficult situations and successfully interact with difficult customers

Customer Focused, capable of leading high level conversations and following through action

Collaborative, able to bring in team members to help with higher level goals requested by customer both internal and external to our core team

Ability to provide guidance, instruction and direction to team members to successfully deliver on plans and projects

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
