Position will be responsible for the financial oversight of the strategic Biologics campus located in Devens Massachusetts and Syracuse NY and will be based at the Devens campus. Campus includes both Commercial and Clinical DS operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Management of the accounting and financial requirements of the facility including monthly financial close and reporting

• Financial projections, annual budgeting process, long term financial planning,

•Capital approvals and reporting,

•BMS internal controls, SOX compliance, BMS accounting policies and procedures

•BMS statutory books as required. The role manages a team of highly skilled accounting/finance professionals.

The site Finance Director will partner closely with the site General Manager and senior leadership team providing appropriate financial support and analysis to guide the operations. In addition the role will work closely with the HQ Director of Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Finance, and interface with a variety of HQ groups, including the Controller's office, Audit Services, and BMS external auditors.

Qualifications:

The candidate will have a proven track record in Finance; will have demonstrated strong leadership abilities, strong technical accounting/financial reporting skills, and comprehensive knowledge of internal controls.

Must have ability to work well with and influence all levels of management. Candidate must be able to interact with a broad range of disciplines and must be able to develop and effectively manage a team of highly motivated and skilled accounting professionals.

Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are required.

Preferred qualifications include:

Knowledge and/or experience with manufacturing operations and cost accounting •Familiarity on the topics of procurement, production planning, quality control/assurance, and general facilities operations.

Knowledge of SAP or similar MRP system •CPA or MBA •10 to 12 years Finance experience
