lasting implications.The Director of Technology Product Portfolio Management is a leader who will be responsible for directing the technology product portfolio for our Consumer and Community Banking line of business supporting our Credit Card Technology teams. In this role, the successful candidate will utilize their in-depth product portfolio experience in driving product innovation and strategy as a critical resource that bridges product and development teams to align with business objectives and strategies. This role will serve as a key leader and driver to create and foster efficiencies while establishing a unified strategic product road-map that ensures that teams maintain and execute under the defined Agile Delivery Framework.The successful executive will have experience in large enterprise environments, preferably from a technology or financial services organization, with large technology product portfolios operating under the guidance of Agile principles and delivery frameworks. The ability to build relationships cross-functionally is a vital part of this role. This leader will be the key liaison between Product Delivery teams and the business to help communicate, plan, and execute efficient product portfolio strategies.Key responsibilities and objective for this role include, but are not limited to:Provide thought leadership and strategic portfolio direction aligned to business and stakeholder requirements.Partner across teams and functions to drive efficient product strategies and resultsWork with key stakeholder to understand impediments and/or inefficiencies to improve overall efficiency and delivery capability of the teams and organization.Facilitate annual portfolio planning and partner with key stakeholders to establish a road-map aligned with the Agile Delivery organization's vision and annual objectivesEstablish and maintain best in class Agile Portfolio Management practices that support continuous planning and delivery flexibility with sustainable predictabilityAssess, own and communicate risks and dependencies across delivery streams and portfolios; ','!*!This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:At least 15 years of Information Technology leadership experience in large enterprise organizations.At least 7 years of professional experience in Agile practices and methodologies (Scrum, Less, Kanban preferred)A minimum of 5 years leading and managing technology product teams in a matrix-managed environment.Experience with technology product road-map delivery and strategy; must be able to work with stakeholders to build out and execute a product strategy from scratch or assess and improve on an existing strategy.Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completion and facilitate consensus across key multiple product and technology personnel.3 years of direct experience successfully driving continuous delivery with Technology teams using Scrum or KanbanMastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Less, Kanban)  demonstrated by expertise on how to achieve the positive outcomes associated with AgileA consummate professional and team player able to execute well in a team setting or individually.Our Consumer & Community Banking Group depends on innovators
