Aon is Looking for a Reinsurance Director!As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering solutions on our Reinsurance Solutions line.Job Responsibilities:Works with complex data to create comprehensive and accurate internal management systems of which you will monitor and track all step within the placement processIdentifies specific client and prospect needs and develops innovative and cost-effective solutionsMaintains at all times, a thorough understanding and knowledge of all available Aon resources and solutions available, and matching those to client business requirementsDevelops comprehensive relationships with key markets and is always knowledgeable about current risk appetite and market dynamicAssists in the development of sales and marketing strategy designed to cultivate revenue generation opportunitiesRequired Education, Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required4 - 6 years broking and/or underwriting experience preferred with a focus on insurance or reinsuranceExcellent knowledge and understanding of reinsurance or insurance principalsExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationshipsExcellent communicator (both verbally and in writing) with internal and external clients and strong organization and time management skillsAbility to travelHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
