This position is needed to build and scale learning and development programs focused around anti-racism, diversity, equity, inclusion.
The position of
Senior Program Manager, Anti-Racism Education
will lead both the build and execution of Twilio’s DEI Learning and Anti-racism journey, globally.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Responsible for refining and implementing Twilio’s DEI and anti-racism content globally
Create and execute strategic plans for development of specific communities
Partner closely with key stakeholders (HRBPs) across the business to embed DEI and anti-racism education into our company programs and policies
Partners with DEI Communications and ERG Lead to ensure connectivity and support across all DEI channels inclusive of Anti-racism.
DEI Team Learning and Development: All things training, education, learning and development on a global level. While you will be responsible for all DEI efforts, expect that any education or training from the L&D team which will have an Anti-Racist lens.
Project Manage Vendor Relationships, proposal requests, and budget management of curriculum assets
Be Anti-Racist Learning Journey - In partnership with the L&D team, drive content, core curriculum
DEI education - Responsible for all global DEI education and learning for Team Leads, ERGs, Site Leads, etc.
Leverage DEI partnerships and organizations to identify speakers, trainings, experts, papers, etc in order to fully educate Twilions about global diversity and inclusion. Drive DEI & Anti-Racism education for programs such as Hatch, HBCU internship program, etc.

Required:
Experience in Anti-Racism Education (Training, Academic, Vendor)
Program management experience
6/8 years of programmatic work experience
Proven track record of cross functional partnerships, building and implementing diversity strategies throughout an organization
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in learning and development
Proficiency w/ the Google Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects

The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is
$87,360.00 - $124,800.00.
Non-Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
