Job Summary
The Manager, Affiliate and Etail Marketing role will be responsible for strategy and execution of our third-party Etail sales channel, managing day to day relationships and partner integrations as well as unified work on the Xfinity Residential and Xfinity Mobile Affiliate programs. This individual will help shape program strategy to deliver maximum sales potential, in addition to leading new program initiatives. They will be expected to strengthen existing relationships, ensure compliance across third party partnerships, and maintain a strong handle on reporting/analytics to identify areas of opportunity. The role will present exciting opportunities to inform key strategy and meaningful business decisions for a growing channel. Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, driven performer with experience in partnerships, sales and marketing, compliance requirements, platform integrations, communications, and the ability to draw conclusions and build strategy derived from data. The candidate will have experience with maintaining third party API integrations and can meet the role with a marketing and technology mindset, along with managing a product roadmap. Collaboration in this role is critical, managing various stakeholders both internal and external to the business. This role will act as a partnership subject matter expert, with significant exposure across the organization.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Assist in growth strategy and execution to drive acquisition, conversion, and efficiencies in our third-party Etail channel
Manage day to day partner communication and operations with our third- party Etail channel
Manage and support hybrid work that aligns with both Etail and digital affiliate programs
Identify test & learn and overdrive opportunities to evolve existing partnership
Lead API integration and optimizations with third- party partners and maintain regular health checks
Run audits to ensure all partners are meeting brand standards in their online presence and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (ie. brand, ecommerce, search) to align with corporate messaging and merchandising opportunities
Uphold compliance requirements for third party call center agents
Govern the SERP for prohibited activity as it pertains to our programs and overall brand
Independently represent the team to internal clients and stakeholders
Develop and present PowerPoint slides on program performance
Respond to customer escalations
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Education and Experience
Education Level - Bachelor's Degree or higher
Field of Study – Marketing, communication, advertising, business, or related field
Experience – Generally requires 5 years of related experience
Other Specific Skills
Skilled at developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders, team members, and cross-functional partners across the organization
Expert-level competence in the core MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel (formulas, functions, charts, and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining acute attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills
Hard-working, willing to learn, and eager to be part of an enthusiastic team
Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and direct contact
