Responsibilities
The Manager, Technology Solutions acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Requires cross departmental collaboration, and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department.
Advances new ways of working (agile transformation) by following SAFE Agile practices, partners with business owners, product owners, enterprise leads and cross functional teams to produce high customer value and satisfaction at high speed.
Demonstrates rethink routine, embraces modern engineering practices to provide highly resilient, integrated world class Wellness technology solutions.
Communicates effectively to the leadership team on wellness technology roadmap, status, risk mitigation plan and clearly explains complex ideas and technologies to non-technical audiences.
Successful experience leading complex technology projects producing metrics, measurements, trend reports and KPIs that meets department and enterprise goals.
Partners with product engineering, enterprise, quality, and marketing teams to analyze and help resolve customers' product related problems/issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10 or more years of technical experience including managing product quality, DevOps
4 or more years of management experience
Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Possess 10 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
