As Manager, Sales Ops and Governance, you and your team will:

Lead operations and governance for the Sales Comp and Planning Team

Own and manage the business side of Anaplan while working with the Sales Comp Design Lead and the Sales Planning Lead to support their requirements, which will include comp plan creation, sales hierarchy needs and crediting design

Work with Sales Comp Lead on Plan Governance & Guiding Principles

Own global governance for quota allocation

Operationalize territory definition and crediting rules

Manage Achievement Reporting

Metrics/Analytics build (design and confirm with the business the analytics requirements)

Manage the Sales Comp Review Board and own communication on exceptions and decisions

Manage the operations team of 1-2 analysts and 1-2 program managers who manage process improvement/team projects across the Sales Comp and Planning team, plan changes, plan assignment, plan deployment, team communications, sales compensation and planning resources for the field via our website, MBO and SPIFF governance, and case management

What You Bring to the Team:

Strong demonstrated Anaplan experience

As an individual, you thrive in navigating ambiguity and you adapt quickly to a changing environment

You balance critical, long-term thinking about how to scale the business with the ability to execute tactically. You have exceptional analytical abilities and strong business acumen

The information you manage and make available, and the insights that you can extract from that data, are integral to supporting the business process and enabling information-based decision making by our sales and business leaders

6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Sales FP&A, Management Consulting, or similar field in organizations with strong exposure to GTM strategy

Experience with the end-to-end sales planning process

An understanding of sales productivity, new hire productivity ramps, and quota setting

Proven ability to dissect complex problems, develop solutions, and craft information-based recommendations into easily digestible messages, communications, and executive presentations

A highly collaborative style with strong influencing skills

Experience with the Salesforce.com

Power user proficiency with the MS Office suite (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
