Humana's Care Delivery Organization (CDO) operates 158 primary care centers focused on senior care. The Associate VP, Technology Solutions devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Associate VP, Technology Solutions requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide. AVP will have oversight and support of CDO and Conviva software and infrastructure includes EMR-centric automation, Help Desk leadership, operations, & development of new clinical capabilities.

Responsibilities

The Associate VP, Technology Solutions will lead a team of technologists who support the entire lifecycle of internally-developed and externally-sourced clinical support technologies including Salesforce HealthCloud, Genesys, RPA, ML, AI, Telehealth, and electronic medical records. Candidate will lead integration efforts through data transformation between disparate EMR systems, population health data management, Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), and other data rich analytical capabilities. Finally this leader will oversee help desk and other operational support channels to service doctors, nurses, and clinical support staff with use of capabilities for which the leader is responsible.

Required Qualifications

3-5 yrs prior experience; Healthcare Experience

6-8 or more years experience leading leaders of teams

2-3 yrs Leading transformations to Agile

2-3 yrs Responsible for entire SAFe Agile Release Teams

Possess 10 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Bachelor Degree

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree

Prior Payor or Provider Environment experience

Prior Healthcare Software experience

WAH- preference Eastern or Central Time zone
