Works with multiple IT Portfolio Managers to prioritize delivery of STRM’s key outcomes as captured in the IT Strategic Plan

Operates as the business co-pilot, leading with commercial mindset to enable business vision and fulfill business KPIs from technology and data.

Demonstrates art of the possible with technology and data, orchestrating prototypes to demonstrate new business models and additional sources of profit.

Shapes and guides technology investment decision-making, fully aligning choices to defined business priorities or challenges.

Represents robustly the Enterprise IT strategy and associated standards for business compliance and scaled management of risk.

Drives technology adoption for deeper customer penetration and competitive differentiation.

Drives data commoditization for business enablement and future revenue generation.

Challenges business models and processes no longer adding value, recommending options to pivot.

Value Generation & Protection

Obsesses about unlocking business value and applying a commercial mindset to all aspects of the IT business portfolio.

Balances value generation from new investments with value harvesting from existing assets and the IT business portfolio landscape.

Works the Value Funnel relentlessly, refining and prioritizing opportunities consistently, pursuing and refining standalone opportunities.
