Job Summary: As the Director of Product Management overseeing our customer journey and marketplace platforms, you will develop and lead the product teams responsible for our customer-facing features, customer acquisition tools, carrier integrations, product configuration, ecommerce and customer self-service. We are looking for an outstanding product leader who can work collaboratively across the organization, including with our Chief Product Officer, senior leaders in our Engineering, Operations, Sales and Business Development teams, and with our customers. You will help define our platform strategy, lead teams, and own the end-to-end product management function for these areas.
