Job Summary

Responsible for leading the competitive & market insights team within the Central division. This team leverages a mixture of internal and external sources to provide strategic recommendations grounded in performance. Tracks performance of competitors, offers in market, provides competitive alerts, and provides regular reporting to partners. This is a high visibility and collaborative role working closely with HQ and region partners. This role leads a team of managers and analyst employees so prior people leadership experience is desired.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Manages, monitors, and provides competitive & market insights within the Performance Insights team. Collaborates with the VP, cross-functional VPs and Directors in analyzing performance and providing recommendations.

Oversees regular reporting commitments while balancing timely ad-hoc analysis.

Works closely with vendor partners to monitor competitive performance across a variety of legacy and new products in market.

Manages the collection and analysis of relevant information concerning current and potential markets and competitors.

Applies and communicates insights in meaningful ways to the business and business owners.

Work cross-functionally in the broader performance team, strategy, business analytics, and finance.

Provide recommendations for both residential and business services across all lines of business.
