Job Summary

Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Builds and manages project teams ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

Job Description

The TPX People & Integration Project and Program Delivery Team oversees the TPX P&I roadmap to ensure projects tie to the strategic pillars, have well-defined success metrics, and are successfully executed.

Our team provides programmatic oversight to help incubate new HR programs, manage existing HR programs and solve cross-functional, employee & customer-impacting elevations when there is no clear owner.

We are seeking a Manager, Project Management to help us drive key strategic projects including DE&I, Workday Integration & Adoption, among others. Ideal candidates will have a passion for DE&I and experience in HR and/or Project Management, along with a(n):

Ability to partner and influence across multiple business groups and levels

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

High level of comfort operating in ambiguous situations and ability to maintain a positive ‘can-do’ attitude when plans quickly shift

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and experience/desire to learn new applications like Sway, SharePoint formatting, etc.

Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team

Core Responsibilities

Works with various managers and leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines and plan for manpower and/or other resource requirements.

Manages projects of major importance to overall business operations by reporting status, tracking delays and making required adjustments.

Determines overall staffing requirements relating to corporate projects. Conducts interviews, hires and trains new employees for specific project assignments.

Directs project teams in the development and implementation of project plans.

Negotiates, administers and monitors contracts.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
