What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Product Manager (Sr Director) to partner with stakeholders across 2U Departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and Operations to support our growing, global business. The ideal candidate will then translate those needs to inform on our product evolution and work with an Agile engineering team and consultants for development and delivery. The Product Manager will serve as the business expert who will leverage his/her understanding of the 2U business related processes to build on the future of 2U’s Enterprise Product Portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment along with keen attention to detail as well as the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Overall hands-on technical director for workday team, application, and integrations across all modules of workday (HCM, BENEFITS, FINS and potential future modules)
Possesses multiple workday certifications and implementation experience with a broad understanding of cross functional touchpoints and their impacts within the Workday system to effectively develop solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains or clients.
Serve as a primary point of contact for the Workday Projects to partner with functional stakeholders to understand organizational strategy, identify technology solutions to meet their needs, and partner closely with IT stakeholders to deliver solutions following the technology roadmap.
Plan and direct the strategy and ongoing administration of Workday to support short and long-term organization goals, enable efficiency, and promote cross-company collaborative innovation.
Advise on business asks and leverage the technological capabilities of Workday to maximize system efficiencies while ensuring data integrity via ongoing governance and audits
Being the product champion on systems such as full tenant Workday, ADP,, JIRA and applications such as Smartsheet, etc.
Provide leadership, strategic direction in rolling out new solutions and maintaining them, with a strong focus on efficiency, data privacy, and compliance.
Consolidating input from business stakeholders at all levels of the organization (e.g. Staff, Managers, Directors, VPs and SVPs) and working with Engineering and Operations teams to drive superior outcomes
Build and maintain prioritized roadmap for multiple products
Evaluate the ROI of partnership and development alternatives; build vs buy
Workday Financial, Projects and PSA
Workday Financials FDM, Worktags, Financial Accounting
Workday Projects Conversion from legacy to Workday.
Workday Projects and PSA experience. (Contracts, Billing, Revenue Recognition)
Workday Payroll Accounting Setup
Workday Financials Month-End, Quarter-End and Year End Closes

Things That Should Be In Your Background:
At least 10 years’ experience in product management required
Experience of direct management/ownership of a product including financial/ROI and strategic roadmap responsibilities
Experience managing products in an Agile environment
Demonstrated experience managing mid to long-term product strategy
Demonstrated authority in managing product with stakeholders
Demonstrated experience being a champion of the process
Candidates who possess finance and product management backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply
Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment with a start-up culture
Travel

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is
$174,000 with potential bonus and equity eligibility. Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate’s assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.
