Associate Manager eCommerce - Tommy Hilfiger

Profile

The Associate Manager of E-Commerce is responsible for supporting the E-Commerce team with site presentation, creative content and briefing, user experience and content data analysis.  The role requires high attention to detail and collaboration between many cross-functional teams, including (but not limited to): Site Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Buying, Planning, Copy, Creative and IT. The associate is expected to execute and meet deadlines with a focus on clear communication and project management with cross-functional business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Process development and maintenance for key weekly and monthly activities
• Problem solves and implements process change to solve for new challenges 
• Gather images, copy, video, and technical specs from various departments for optimization and go live
• Traffic digital creative assets between departments and gather feedback for revisions and approval
• Coordinate development and publish all site content to ensure a best in-class experience for all devices
• Develop and execute QA on website for all browsers and devices
• Assist in generating shot lists and briefs for on-figure and still product shoots
• Collaborate with the Senior Content Strategist to add title tags, meta data and SEO friendly keywords to product and content
• Weekly reporting on active site content including but not limited to key content pages, product activations, imagery, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; related internship experience, a plus
• 2-4+ years of E-commerce experience in retail  
• Ability to multi-task and organize
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with E-commerce systems and processes; experience with FCC preferred
• Familiarity / working experience with popular website analytics applications; experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics preferred
• Project management experience, a plus
• Must be able to handle multiple projects with adherence to deadlines
• Must be highly organized, able to work independently as well as on group projects and self-motivated
• Must have the ability to manage up and across proactively with positive results
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, premium fashion environment
• Desire to innovate quickly as part of a nimble, entrepreneurial team within an iconic, established American brand
