ResProp is looking for a Director of Business Development in our Austin market to help grow our third party management capability. As a Director of Business Development, you will be coming in an exciting, early phase of growing our business into a tech-forward property management service that will change the industry as we know it today. What you'll be doing year one:

Establishing a robust pipeline of 3rd party property management opportunities.

Owning the deal process from the first interaction with the property owner until the property is fully handed over at close.

Teaming with operations to continually improve the property management capability.

Driving success by providing leadership and innovative strategies to teammates on the 3rd party business development team.

As we grow, building a team that ensures sustainable growth.

What you must have:

5 years and track record of high performance in multifamily property operations/acquisitions

Flexibility to travel up to 75%

Strong track record of sales experience

Financial acumen to underwrite real estate and manage a deal process

Flexibility: In the future, there may be pivots to other parts of our business (e.g. capital raising for our private equity capability, selling technology solutions through our tech platform, etc…)
