Warby Parker is looking for an experienced Director of Compensation, People Systems and Analytics to join our Total Rewards team. The person in this role will play a critical part in managing all of our company-wide compensation programs, People data analytics and technology. What you’ll do:
Manage, design, and share information on all aspects of our compensation programs—including salary and incentive plans, both short- and long-term
Conduct ongoing compensation benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitive compensation practices while also considering internal equity
Participate in compensation surveys and professional network groups
Oversee the year-end review process for our Corporate, CX, Lab, and Retail divisions
Play a critical role in our annual budget process and ongoing headcount planning
Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and maintain substantial analytics that drive business decisions
Create short- and long-term objectives for system builds, operations, processes, data flows, and security as it relates to our People processes
Develop a strategy to optimize HRIS systems to meet workforce requirements, driving accuracy and insights
Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes, and partner with teams across People, Finance, Legal and Tech to implement solutions
Who you are:
Backed by 10 years of professional experience in compensation and HR systems
Extremely analytical and highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Proactive and self-motivated—you know how to get stuff done!
A strong leader who's able to think strategically and motivate their team
A clear, empathetic communicator who can build trusting relationships with managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
