About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager in Financial Health Engagement Platform as part of Consumer Data & Engagement Platforms. This person will be responsible for the development and execution of programs and initiatives designed to help Small Business Customers responsibly manage their financial health, uncover opportunities to improve their financial position, and make informed financial product decisions. In this role, the individual sets the vision for customer and banker facing experiences, translates the vision into roadmaps, and directs the delivery of the roadmap by Agile development teams working in close partnership with cross-functional teams across the enterprise.

In this role, you will:
Lead product discovery, including customer insights through primary and secondary research, business analytics, competitive dynamics, technology trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory requirements.
Drive envisioning of customer and banker experiences in partnership with in-house or third-party design resources, including developing customer journey maps and user experience
Manage cross-functional collaboration across design, development, testing, content, marketing, legal, compliance and financial partners to ensure success
Drive product/solution level prioritization of epics and features based on customer and business value
Formulate product positioning and lead the articulation of product value propositions to customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and understood
Track and report on performance metrics and key performance indicators, leading to success on the overarching objectives and key results
Operate products and programs in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies & procedures, ethical principles, and the Company's values.
Maintain and evangelize product visions informed by consumer insights, business priorities and market opportunities
Establish and maintain relationships with the key business and technology stakeholders on product capabilities and priorities
Required Qualifications :
7 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Previous Small Business Banking or Consumer Banking digital product management experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to synthesize data to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trends
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, information architecture, software build, design thinking and service design techniques
Familiarity with consumer protection regulations about consumer product development and product management
Experience with Agile methodology of project delivery

Knowledge and understanding of audit, regulatory compliance, or risk management
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range:
New York, New York - Pay Range: $138,500 - $287,600 Annually
Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long - term incentive awards.
