SUMMARY
Eagle Eye Electric LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager, to assist in business development as well as operating construction/labor/service contracts located in New Jersey. The Project Manager shall assist with the execution and implementation of Bering Straits policies and procedures while meeting the functional, appearance, safety, security and environmental standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop relationships to bring in additional work to Eagle Eye Electric with existing and new customers
Attend site visits as requested; gain an understanding of the customer requirements
Develop and submit any Requests for Information based on scope of work/contract inconsistencies
Estimating the cost of contracts/projects based on customer needs
Hiring additional employees as the workload increases to supplement needs
Manage additional Eagle Eye employees efficiently
Manage any and all subcontractors and ensure that they abide by all federal, state, and local codes for workmanship, security and safety
Keep an open line of communication with customer, Bering Straits Corporate employees, Eagle Eye employees, and subcontractors
Visit sites on a regular basis
Address deficiencies if required
Attend Project Review meetings as required
Documentation, checklists and reports

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Required (Minimum) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and three plus years experience;
Five plus years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Outlook
Valid Drives License
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with military personnel, management and colleagues
Knowledge of grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation
General office administrative and clerical skills to perform support duties and answer telephones

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment. During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and loud noise.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities at the hiring date. However, as the workload increases, supervisory responsibilities will also increase in parallel. It is expected that the Project Manager can communicate expectations with on-site employees and subcontractors as needed once projects/contracts kick-off.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
