Job Posting Title Regulatory Compliance Lead, Impact Forecasting in the US Job Description The Regulatory Compliance Lead within Impact Forecasting (IF) will work in collaboration with the Business Development, Research & Development, Software and Catastrophe Management teams to delivery models for the quantification of natural hazard risk. This role will support the Global Program Director and play an integral role in:Meeting compliance with regulatory requirements, such as the Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection MethodologyManaging external collaborations and partnerships designed to drive strategic product initiativesIdentifying opportunities to strengthen market position of the Impact Forecasting solution, with a focus on weather and climate peril models Detailed Job DescriptionCreate and maintain an end-to-end product development plan including definition of market requirements, project scope, and timelines; management of cross-functional resources, tracking progress against critical milestones, and providing status reports to internal/external stakeholders at the appropriate levelSupport catastrophe model development initiatives by ensuring planned deliverables meet market and regulatory requirements, validating the accuracy and appropriateness of the modelling solutions, and developing technical expertise to support external reporting to rating and regulatory agencies and managing go-to-market activitiesUnderstand country and region-specific regulatory environment related to catastrophe risk managementSupport partnership development efforts to ensure successful completion according to contractual requirements and expectationsIntroduce new solutions and present analysis results and insights effectively with internal and external business partners and clientsEffectively engage and collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the delivery of the program; identify strategic partnershipsParticipate in user conferences, seminars and client meetings to build awareness and improve market position of the IF solution Skills and Experience6-8 years’ experience in product management or successful execution of large-scale industry related consulting projectsKnowledge of weather or climate related disciplines.
