Job Summary
Leads a team of Account Executives through all Small Business advertising activities as well as grows and develops Account Executives in their career and capabilities to provide an exceptional customer experience. Responsible for managing the operation for small advertisers to have the opportunity to reach customers in their retail trading areas. Develops a strategic roll-out marketing initiatives including internal and external client communications.

Oversees the hiring, training, evaluating and assisting of a motivated staff to carry out sales functions.
Motivates and inspires assigned reps (AMs) to service and manage a high volume of small-medium business advertisers.
Works with sales leadership in developing business pitches and sales presentations that support the product value proposition.
Skilled at CRM tools and able to lead and coach a team using data-driven insights.
Maintains a high level of accountability and expectations which drive results.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Increasing the number of advertising contracts signed and maintained with clients.
Campaign Health quarterly business reviews and other business health metrics.
Effective collaboration with business partners (Sales Development, Ad Operations, Campaign Management, Yield & Planning).
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the advertising industry and staying up-to-date with industry & business trends and changes.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
