About the job
Twilio Segment’s marketing team is growing and scaling at record levels, and we need a motivated and adaptable individual to join the team reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. Sr. Group Product Marketing Manager, Partnerships is a fantastic opportunity to partner with the Partnerships team, Product Management, Integrated Marketing, Sales, and Success. They would lead on a wide range of critical initiatives within our partner ecosystem.
Because of you, the marketing team’s projects will run better, marketing leadership will make better decisions, and execute at a higher level. You will lead critical initiatives, work to understand the team’s goals and help achieve them. You will collaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges, drive high-priority projects and drive greater operational excellence. You are passionate about customer storytelling and you are a proven product marketer with technical competence.

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Strategy: Define and own the joint partner marketing strategy and plan for key partners. Implement joint marketing plans and strategy which focus on campaigns aligned to priority solutions, thought leadership and awareness, and high-touch activities
Elevate Twilio Segment focus with partners through effective engagement directly and through partner programs
Messaging & Positioning: It is critical that Segment continues to define the CDP category and position in the market. Specifically, you will build messaging that is aligned to our top partners and you understand how to use customer storytelling to improve our best fit use cases. You understand how to frame business problems and tie to value propositions.
Product Launches: You are responsible for bringing new products to market both internally through enablement as well as externally through all marketing channels. You work closely with the GTM team, success and professional services teams and our key partners to refine your GTM approach.
Customer Storytelling and Competitive Landscape: You are focused on telling customer stories and building customer case studies. You have a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape so that you can develop competitive go-to-market strategies for our target markets and target segments.
User conference and integrated marketing: Identify industry leaders with vision and craft narrative for our annual user conference. Coordinate with the marketing team for integrated marketing campaigns that include but are not limited to identification of products and solutions to be showcased, target segments and buyer personas.
Metrics: Everything we do at Segment is grounded in metrics. Having a solid understanding of the customer journey as well as pipeline dynamics will be critical to your success in this role. You know how to measure and evaluate metrics around demand gen impact and usage by the sales team.

Required:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of marketing experience, preferably with 4 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS and 3 years of leadership experience managing and developing talent
Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launches that drive adoption and impact bottom-line
Experienced in cross-functional initiatives that are strategic in nature with the ability to partner with different collaborators and teams across the company
Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with data, including working with analytics when making recommendations
Desired:
Masters or MBA in business, management or a related field
Domain expertise with data infrastructure, data analytics, or data warehousing
Past Segment and / or Twilio experience either as a practitioner, economic buyer / executive sponsor
Location
This role will be remote USA.
Approximately 5% - 10% travel is anticipated.

The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $160,080 - $220,110
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
