From a small local project to a huge strategic initiative, you will join a GSO team who leads the security risk reviews for potential mergers and acquisitions and drives the integration after a deal has been closed.
Position summary
The Senior Manager will be responsible to assess the risk that will be introduced by merger, acquisition, or divestiture projects. These assessments include reviewing technical, administrative, and physical security controls while coordinating the reviews of experts from different GSO teams. The role requires close collaboration with different internal clients and stakeholders for example from Legal, IT and Strategy teams.

Responsibilities
Perform M&A due diligence reviews to evaluate the security posture of potential target for merger or acquisition to determine the risk for ADP
Work with different GSO teams to ensure review of topics like application, infrastructure and physical security
Identify potential gaps and define action plans to mitigate these
Report results of evaluations and budget estimates to responsible leaders
Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including technical experts but also executive leaders
Drive the integration of acquired entities to meet ADP's security standards and requirements
Maintain a broad knowledge of current and new technology as well as the risk resulting from these
Contribute to the development of the M&A risk program with ideas to effectively mitigate risk
Qualifications required
Senior professional with at least 5 to 8 years working experience, minimum 3 as assessor or auditor of security and/or IT systems
University degree or equivalent in experience or education
Experience in reviewing and evaluating security controls, especially technical controls
Proven ability to work independently and own a topic
Experience in achieving goals in a matrix organization
Ability to communicate effectively for example in complicated scenarios, technical information to stakeholders with non-technical background etc.
Very good command of English language. Additional languages are pluses
Open minded and ability to work in a multinational environment
Qualifications preferred
Experience with cloud services, especially security aspects
Experience with security relevant clauses in contracts
Curiosity and ambition to understand new scenarios and technology
Knowledge of different standards or frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, relevant NIST SP etc.
Certifications like CISSP, CISA are a plus
