\u003cli\u003eRemove roadblocks, obstacles in the sales cycle\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHire, train and develop additional Corporate Account Managers to grow market share\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain and grow key accounts, schedule reviews and develop strategic plans for growth\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHelp develop new customer business by leveraging creative marketing techniques\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide support to Corporate Account Managers with landing and integrating large, high volume new customer accounts.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eImplement fun sales programs that meet corporate goals and objectives.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMonitor customer retention and provide appropriate complaint resolution.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop and enable process and procedures to promote effective communication and adequate information flow within the Corporate Account Management Team.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEvaluate the results of the team and share results with our Branch Managers, Regional Sales Directors and VP of Sales.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003e5 years of prior outside Sales experience preferably in B2B, shipping, distribution or logistics industry\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e2 years of management or supervisor experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eServant Leadership style, you exist to help your team grow and win!\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and other simple mathematical computations\u003c/li\u003e
