The ideal candidate will have an innovative mindset, willingness to challenge ideas, designs, direction, and approach.This role is responsible for managing the trainees and associated activities in support of the Commercial Sales Development program – a fast-paced, broad rotational immersion experience across all functions of the Commercial organization. Other programs within the scope of responsibility include selling skills development and other Commercial Sales talent development programs for individual contributors.
Responsibilities
Recruit and develop high potential early career team members to build a strong talent pipeline for the Commercial Sales and Capabilities organization.
Create and maintain websites and digital resources used to execute and market the program activities and benefits.
Identify current and future organizational needs and solutions to drive a best in class experience
Work with Communications team on content management and regular communication with the field; including gathering information and creating presentations for marketing programs to leadership and other efforts such as recruiting as needed.
Assist the field with utilization of manager resources and other reinforcement tools.
Select, develop and facilitate learning content to directly train team members as needed.
Establish and leverage evaluation tools to capture and act on feedback from the organization.
Create tools and processes to maintain and track appropriate organizational records and changes.
Collaborate to create schedules and assist with administrative needs of the CDT Program onboarding and any other coordinating activities necessary.
Building strong relationships across the Commercial teams to understand their needs, and cross-functionally with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to coordinate learning projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and communications to deliver information and insights to leadership and the team at large to improve the program experience through data and storytelling.
Assist the training teams in development of materials to drive organizational and selling skills.
Inform and educate on optimal program objectives and considerations, ask and challenge the current thinking.
Experience You'll Need
Prior experience working in a sales or sales capabilities role. You have a passion for the business, be it for sales, finance, or some other customer-related function. You also have a good eye for what it takes to be successful, and foresight to help enable early career professionals to reach their potential.
Proven ability to manage the strategy and tactics of long term and short-term projects
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and some form of publishing software
Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to collaborate effectively in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
You are a curious and data driven communicator: asking questions and seeking answers is innate.

Bachelor's degree
5 years in a commercial business role
Food Industry sales experience a plus
