This position will lead GTM data strategy while providing analysis, reporting, and data visualizations.
Focusing on impact. The GTM data team exists to empower the entire organization to make the best decisions possible by providing accurate, timely, and useful insights.
He or she will communicate opportunities and identify solutions in a way that empowers stakeholders to use data to make informed business decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Data and BI Manager will be responsible for establishing the GTM data strategy roadmap (both business and technical), data governance, and key reporting and dashboards
Building out and managing a high performing team responsible for all aspects of the GTM data life cycle consisting of data analysts, BI developers, and business analysts
Lead cross-functional project teams within Business Intelligence Council initiatives
Proactively drive key Integrated Ops initiatives to complete executive reporting projects
Partner with technical leads across Pure to identify key deliverables, ensure cross functional alignment, and execute plans
Assist the data team in driving decision making, prioritization, and communication
Establish, report, and support all GTM KPI’s and metrics
Qualifications
6 years of managing, developing, and visualizing GTM data
2 years with relevant data integration, transformation, warehousing experience
Experience building/managing a team preferred
Experience in one or more of the following GTM organizations - Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Support
Passionate about understanding data and its relevance to business decisions
Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment supporting a rapidly growing business
Experience with planning and running complex initiatives and goals
Agile/Scrum development experience
Demonstrated project management skills
5 years of experience with Tableau required
Proficient with SQL or similar for query validation and optimization
Experience with Snowflake preferred
Experience with iPaaS tools preferred
