Healthcare is rapidly changing and we're looking for a Systems Migration Program Manager (SaaS) to lead the way! You will be a key member of the Program Office that manages the systems migration from a hosted solution to a SaaS productized ecosystem.

We are looking for a top notch contributor with complex program management experience who is passionate about change management. You will manage the program to migrate to SaaS products/vendors, and can successfully guide the team from one way of operating all the way to our future state from a systems/operational/support perspective.

Responsibilities

The Systems Migration Program Manager Lead guides business leaders to prepare their business operations for a successful transition from a legacy hosted mainframe solution to a multi-vendor SaaS ecosystem.

Delivery of a new operating model that defines how business will work with IT and SaaS Vendors to support and iteratively enhance ecosystem capabilities

Work with cross functional teams to develop systems roadmaps

Evangelist on MVP mindset

Stakeholder change management

Coaches teams on conducting cost/benefit analyses, risk assessment, and strategic alignment to prioritize work.

Required Qualifications

Experience working with SaaS Products, from either a business, IT or Vendor perspective

8-10 years of technical experience

5 or more years of program leadership experience

Proficiency in business consulting and/or operational leadership experience

Strong business and financial acumen

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport at all levels within the organization

Must be passionate about building agility in an organization

Must have a room in your home designated as a home office; away from high traffic areas where confidential information may be secured.

Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.

Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare Experience, preferably Medicare

Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred

PMP

Lean Six Sigma certification and experience
